it wasn't about orisa vs it was about orisa vs doom with good poke dps . she cant do anything against it. all she is good at is shooting and farming damage and marking the enemy tank but thats useless when she as a tank cannot do anything for the team. doom brings more value to the team as a distrupter tank while dps poke them out and/or kill.
