English and Hindi are only of qualifying nature. They don't add up to main marks. One needs to score atleast 30% in English and Hindi. Only law and Gk/gs are added in mains.

Study IQ ke Mahipal Singh Rathore Mai Se Mil chuka hun Gandhi Maidan mein Jab yah interview ke liye Mahipal Karke Sath Gandhi Maidan I Thi mein bhi usse milane gaya tha यह शारीरिक रूप से दिव्यांग है लेकिन से मिलकर मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगा

I need to ask that did she cleared this exam in her first attempt? Because it shows here that it took her 5 years to crack this exam!
