The song is simply called "Rangers goal song" but is also known as "Slapshot." It was written by Ray Castoldi, who is the current Rangers organist. He is notoriously protective of the song, which is why (unless you have a recording of the game), you'll never hear the song without "Let's go Rangers" in between the whoa chants.

This is also the Kitchener rangers horn too

@Vincent Niederman The Flyers are a million years old. Briere, Timmonen, Bryzgalov, Mezaros are all on the wrong side of 30. Pronger won't come back. Meanwhile, the rangers have a stacked prospect pool. Gaborik, Lundqvist, and Richards are the only core guys older than 30.

Although I am a Flyers fan, this goal songs beats the shit out of our "Doop Doop Doop" bullshit.
