Thanks for this review. By far the standout review i have watched and believe me I have done heaps of research. Maybe its because my partner is also Malaysian so i get your sense of humour too. I loved the off road section and how you let the Velar do the walking. Picking my new one up today and will be driving it around Queensland in Australia on the broken roads and some beaches and also dropping the jetski into the ocean up to the ankles of the Velar.. I liked the comment comparing the feeling driving the Velar was different to German cars. For all their massive development over the years German cars have less character whereas Range Rovers have a touch of class. I have had six LR’s and the only one to let me down badly had a BMW engine.

Eugene ,maybe I spell wrongly! Have always love yr artistic ,off the cuff,unorthodox types of review. But for dis velar,think u have step up a notch. For. Us on the sg side,it’s kind of non existence U,bobby,Chris ,yr colleague from yr auto buzz, mah plus an Indian chap from.........forgotten what channel & dis canto pop Wayne Wayne are the champ. U guys have realli move the goal post up & about. I dun normally watch u tube but since wifey bought a smart tv ,a while back,u guys are the one to go for a proper proper review. The highest compliment I can give is,u guys do put the mat Saleh videos in the shade! Yup Thank u all for job,well done.

Worthy companion,I’m not too sure. I basically watch onli merks review,kind of bias,me. Realli Like Chris one ,124/126 also ok . I have seen yrs previously Mmm ,no comment! But dis velar one,I do sit up & check,if it’s realli u. Dis rover review ,I dun mean to watch but as u noes,fingers too fast for the buttons. Hope u can maintain the std but realli it’s NOT easy. As it stands u are numbe 3 ,behind bobby & Wayne2,pretty good company,I must add. Hope to see yr next one before I go any further. G’day

the given specs might be not that high in this country; but the 600k MYR is expensive due to the taxes; the same velar which cost alot cheaper at other countries does justify the specs of this vehicle...because its doesnt cost a bomb at their place.

Well...since it is a Range Rover, I would worry about those "deployable,extendable" thingy stopped working just after a few years...Doug's RR anyone?

This machine was used after few years , you would keep it at the work shop often .

What a gorgeous suv... But im always wondering when people buy a very expensive land rover suv that enable you to go offroad..... In reality will you go offroad and scratch that expensive paint job of your car?... But i believe people buy it for look, status and comfort only..

Never Trust this brand or Wearnes the distributor. They totally dont care about customer service or service recovery. They are just big bullies who take customers for granted. My friend's Range Rover has been in workshop more than on the road.
