I'll gages and speedometer was working 10 the anician got tore out all gages and instruments quit what do I do

Guess I'm lost on how the ribbon stuck? It's not self adhesive

I repleced mine display and now i'd like to know how to power on the sppedomter on the bench to test it. What are the pins to apply the 12v and test it. Thanks
