Been watching mma since 92 and its definitely the most impressive style.

In reality it's combat sambo.

I think soon the other fighters will find ways around it. They don't need to learn it but neutralize it. Volk and Conor showed some great things, that are a kick in the door to counter that wrestling style

Only competition for them is american collegiate wrestling with aggressive grappling with good skills in striking to pressure them that they don't like, for example Volk strategy. As well they don't like implementing their style against t them like Caio Borralho and Jailton Almeida do

They aren't taking over MMA, they just have not faced an elite American wrestler yet. Simple as that.
