There is an amazing docu-movie called "Before the Wrath" that has a beautiful explanation of how the Galilean Wedding is actually a story of Jesus's return. It also explains why weddings are so important to God and why God's description of a wedding is of one man and one women. Thank you for this. my little girl died a terrible death in a seizure that all drugs failed, she was just a little innocent child and she suffered so horrifically. I know she’s in heaven but it makes me have peace to know that she’s there in heaven right now and she’s going to have a new body someday a whole body that she won’t suffer such pain. she wanted ice cream one time and she couldn’t have it because of her diabetes, I think of that time and hurt for all she lost out on. just to think that in heaven she might taste ice cream, she might never suffer those pains again, that is such a gift thank you. I just pray that my sins won’t keep me from her and Jesus. I want to be reunited with her and I want to praise the Lord and work for Him and for everyone and do good for all eternity.

I am so sorry for your loss of your daughter, Christy. Your sins won’t keep you from Heaven if you believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins. We are all sinners and that’s why Jesus, with great love for us, willfully went to the cross and died. Have faith and believe! ✝️🙏

I'll pray for your continued walk on the path. My son died in 2017 at 24 yrs. and I still cry at times because I miss him terribly and my daughter-in-law won't let me know where she is living or anyone else so I haven't been able to have any contact with my grandkids since they were 3 weeks old and 18 weeks old. And my dad di died 3 weeks later. (My husband died 3 years before my son). I know I will see them in heaven one day but I still miss my son the most. (And my grandkids of course).

@@ritasplace1 oh my goodness, people can be so cruel, I can not imagine not being able to see the grandbabies. My son did not yet have children and although his fiance is seeing someone new now she is still very much in my life. In fact, she spent a few hours with me at my home a few days ago and spent time at my daughters home Sunday as they are very close. Unless one has had a child leave this earth before them they can not understand the devestation of heart. I have come to understand that there is a mourning that does not turn to dancing this side of Heaven, the mourning of a child gone before us. I can not wait to be with Jesus and hug my baby boy, not a moment can come too soon. I shall be praying for you

Eye hasn't seen nor has it enter into man's heart what our Lord has prepared for those that love him!

I read his book during the time my dad was passing away. It encouraged me and deepened my faith in eternity. And the joy I felt even though my dad was gone comforts me to this day.

I get visitations from mine they kiss me when I walk around the house. Nothings there but I know it’s them! My mom before our cats died she felt the electrical impulses leave the body and it was still. Relaxed even.

Heaven will be FILLED with all the animals that have ever lived. We will be reunited with our animals in Heaven. God loves the animals, he made them, first. The animals will go with us in the Rapture. All the Bible references are in the Bible about this. Mr Alcorn’s book Heaven was such a comfort to me after my dear husband passed away. I not only read it but I studied it for months along side the Biblical references in his book. I was very impressed with all the truths he presented.

One year ago today 1-7-2022 I had delta covid and I walked myself into the hospital (they did not allow anyone to go with me) at 22% oxygen (I hold the record for the lowest oxygen level st that hospital) and later that night was put on a ventilator for 24 days. My husband was within 2 hours of removing and letting me pass. I had millions of people all over the world praying for me. My husband submitted his will and it be God's will and if I was meant to pass. Dr called the moment he ended his prayer and I had began breathing 30% on my own and my lungs that were shredded and full of blood clots was HEALING! I spent 2 months in hospitals, even had to learn to walk and move again. 8 days after I entered the hospital my beloved and only sibling who I was very close to passed away at home of covid. This devastated me once I was told a month later. I honestly just wished I had passed too. My brother was the last of my immediate family. I could not bare the loss. At one point I felt God was all I had in the hospital. I had fallen away in my walk with God before this. I knew my brother was in heaven and I had the typical thought of heaven as most describe as Randy states. But I needed to know more. I had to know more. When i was released from the hospital my father in law passed a couple weeks later of covid as well. He had been one of the prayer warriors who prayed constantly for me. We lost a couple pets as well. We had so much loss in such a short time. But I was blessed to know my parents, father in law and my brother had all received Christ so I knew where they were. But I had to find out more and I wanted to make sure I was with them when my time comes. So I searched for anything on Heaven. Finally I came upon Randy's book Heaven. I bought the book and the small condensed book as well. Randy's writings and me studying the verses saved me from wanting to just give up and die. I love and miss my brother and parents dearly and I now know they are safe and happy in God's glory in heaven and we will someday be reunited. Me and my brothers favorite time together was out fishing every chance we got. And knowing we will be able to enjoy fishing and things we did together on the new earth keeps me going. And I have also learned I have a lot of work to do here yet. I have a testimony to share with every ear that will hear me. And believe me that is just a small fraction of my journey above. I thank God for Randy's books. If not for the understanding I now have of heaven I may not be alive today because I was that heart broken over the losses we suffered. Thank you Randy and Kirk for this video and allowing me to share a fraction of my year with you and others. Be blessed, Kim Silver

Great interview and answers about Heaven - I especially like his perspective on beloved pets. The cosmic view of the fall, and the cosmic reach of the redemption/ resurrection makes so much sense - especially as it relates to Randy's comment that many of the things we see on our present earth will be types or translate in some glorified form in/on the new heavens. People fear life on the new earth and on/in the new heavens will be boring? 😳 One of the "types" we see in biblical times is that a child followed in his Parent's footsteps when it came to vocations...what does our Father in Heaven do? Other than His great love, which binds the universe together and is the very essence of the Triune God, He is by vocation, a Creator. Does it not make sense that in a fallen universe where man strives to use his formidable technology to search the known universe for other life forms and answers to his existence, finds nothing other than irrefutable proof of a loving Father and Creator God? Billions of galaxies, trillions of potential planets, an ever expanding universe with no discernable end...and nothing. Would it not also make sense that in a resurrected/redeemed cosmos, that all of those planets could be habitable, already stocked or primed for new creations? Something tells me that as administrators in our Father's glorified universe, we're gonna have a full plate, and as Randy's alludes, when we're not working, serving and glorifying God, we'll be praising and worshiping Him as we're having a whole Lotta fun. As a former military pilot, one of my playtime hobbies will hopefully be punching holes in clouds at all speeds with my glorified body, taking in unimaginably beautiful terrestrial and galactic vista's... without mechanical failures, being shot at, or bug, bird and asteroid strikes 😎☝️🙏✝️💕

The Bible doesn't talk about heaven very much. There is much more information on the 1000 year millennial rule of the Lord Jesus here on earth, than there is about heaven. This is the Kingdom of God on earth. Revelation 21 is after the thousand years of Jesus's reign on earth.

The ?Jews didn't believe in heaven, Theirs was a strange subterranean afterlife spent tunneling to Jerusalem, which lends itself to a somewhat fatalistic view of heaven. I said there is much on the topic from which we can glean information about the conditions, or “life” to quote you, that is found in heaven. Gleaning information from scripture is not verboten. It is something that the Jewish scholars and sages have done for millennia And are still doing. It is accepted amongst Bible scholars. If you would like more of this type of information, let me refer you to Randy Alcorn’s book Heaven.

Thank you Holy Father for gifting Mr. Alcorn with the understanding and ability to help us understand what the Bible says about Heaven, and God’s eternal plan for us.

Preachers have begun to blur the line between Heaven and Earth. They have begun to talk about eternity on a restored Earth as being in Heaven. I'm not sure why they started doing that but it strikes me as being dishonest. In Revelation 21 we see a new heaven AND a new earth. We also see the new Jerusalem coming down OUT OF heaven. John talks about Heaven and Earth as being distinct and separate. It seems to me that preachers ought to do the same.

@@roscius6204 You are right, of course, the story is told many different ways. Many of those ways _are_ fairy tales. (Especially those coming from Kirk Cameron.) That does not mean that the story, itself, is a fairytale. Scroll through the comments to this or any video. You will find misspellings galore. Those misspellings don't prove that the dictionary is a fairy tale, do they? So it is with the many "misspellings" of the Bible.

I really enjoy Kirk Cameron’s content. I wanted to add a thought to this topic. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We already teach doctrine very similar to this subject being covered in this podcast. The culminating doctrine of our religion is that the family of man as children of God are eternal. When my wife and I were married our marriage vows included the phrases for time and all eternity. There was no mention of death or any kind of separation. That covenant has so much power. Thank you for showing me again that there is so much that is similar between all those who believe in Christ.

I just can't bear the thought of my husband not being my husband and not loving me like he does now in the way he does and living together as husband and wife and everything that goes with it. I want us to live together and do things together and go places together. Because of lifelong health issues I have never been able to go to baby showers and bridal showers and birthday parties and ladies get togethers and etc. I've been hoping to get to do all those things in Heaven. We have babies in Heaven and I consider them our children. So if my husband would pass I would still consider him my husband. My Mom and Sister passed and I still consider them my mom and sister.

Jesus answered that question to Nicodemus

1 Corinthians 15:51, 52 " Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed." Getting new bodies that are no longer cursed by sin will be so wonderful! Can't even imagine what that will be like, but I know it will be beyond awesome!

Did you happen to notice where saved people are when they meet Jesus for the first time, I. S. L.? They are on Earth, just awakened out of the sleep of death. Neat, huh?

We have to remember we will be changed so some if these questions are not answerable in this life just remember My grace is sufficent

My mom died 40years ago when I was 10, my dad passed away last 2021… I want to meet them someday in Heaven.

Heaven to me is a very serious place to go to, and this interview was a little bit silly at times. I am not saying there will be no laughter or joy in heaven , but I think when we discuss this place we need to be more reverant it is going to be such a beautiful place to go to, people give your life to Jesus, my precious daughter passed away 5 months ago with no warning whatsoever, no warning, and the shock and tragedy was horrific for us has family, broken hearted do not come close to how we feel, but you never know the time or place, she was so healthy and fit but gone in 30 mins from this life. xx Salvation is near please accept Jesus has your saviour, amen

I've always had the belief that it doesn't matter if we even recognize those we love in our present life when we're in GOD'S kingdom, because I believe we will all love each other with perfect love.

Loved you book Heaven. Was so helpful after learning of the rapture and wanting to know what was after it. Gave me such peace seeing as I am a mom of younger children.

Thank you for answering many questions I have regarding my loved ones in Heaven and my eternal home. Also, references in the Bible to be of comfort. You don't have any loved ones in heaven, Jayne. I don't, either. Why? Because nowhere in the Bible does it say anything even remotely like _"Accept Jesus and you will go to heaven."_

@@IsaacNussbaum Those verses are speaking of physical death only. When Christ returns the second time, those who are in Christ will be resurrected to eternal life, and those not in Christ will be resurrected to eternal punishment (damnation) which is spiritual death. Christians are not subject to spiritual death but by believing in Jesus Christ have passed from death unto life. John 5:24 "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life."

Those verses (and others) seem to say that when Isaac Nussbaum dies he will have no more thoughts; he will not know anything. I can't see any way to "know nothing" and at the same time "know something."

Kirk, I understand there won't be an ocean on the new earth.. why is that? The beach is my favorite place to go on this earth. I love walking along the shore, picking up shells, and sitting, enjoying the sights and sounds of the beautiful ocean 🌊🏄🏊🏝️🏖️🌅🐬🐋🐳🐟🐠🐡🦐🦞🦀🦑🐙🦪🦂🐚🐌 lol, went a bit crazy with those.

I always get a little sad when I think about the fact that there will be no bodies of water because they are so beautiful. But then I just think about how beautiful they are and remember that the eternal state will be even better than our imagination can fathom so whatever God has planned must be even better!

who's said there's no oceans in Heaven?

Personally I can't wait to be in heaven! To see Jesus and give Him a hug! The fact there will be no more tears or pain is enough for me. I have had a lifetime of tears and pain here, but I am not bitter because I never expected it to be great here. We are here to be tested and refined in the fire, to learn and grow in knowledge and wisdom. I cannot get enough of the bible and stories of people who lived before us. I received a message many years ago from our Lord, He said I would be surrounded by children. That made me very happy since I adore God's little ones. God bless you all to overcome this world till we go home

When I was a child I was mean to my dog. she was a basset hound. I am glad that animals will be there. I want nothing more then my animals loving Christ more then they love me. I want them to look at Him, look at me, then look at Him and reconized what a pail reflection of Him I was and I want them to love Him more then they ever loved me. That would give my heart joy I mean after all they belonged to Him before they were ever in my care.

I have Randy’s book. I think he has a vivid imagination. . The Bible doesn’t tell us a lot. That’s fine with me. I believe the Lord would enjoy for us to think how wonderful it will be, and that’s enough. Trust that it will be wonderful .

Even if our pets are not in heaven, we will still be happy. Unfortunately, we all have people on this earth that we care about, and even love, that will not be with us in heaven. If we can be happy without them, as hard as it is to imagine, I think we'll get by just fine if our pets are not there as well.

Oh my, I hope I'll be doing a lot better there, than 'just fine'. To me my pets ARE my family, since my human family is quite rotten. If my pets are not in heaven, than it's much less nice there, than I anticipate. God will give us the wishes of our hearts. My wish is to be reunited with my beloved pets.

Once new Earth is created will there be any new animals; or creatures being made or will we have the same ones we had before? This has always been a question of mine I haven’t been able to answer.

Nothing in the Bible that indicates God will create more animals or creatures beyond what He has already made. But if there are any that will be in Heaven, they will be changed, or remade (curse of sin removed). I personally don't think there will be any animals there, because they do not have souls, but that is just my opinion. God bless you today!

The Bible talks about in Romans about animals and plants groaning in pain waiting for the return of the Lord and the lamb and the wolf lying together lion and the goat and all animals eating grass because there will be no killing, and what a out Noah's Ark why would God have him save all the animals from the flood ... animals feel pain and sadness and love just like us....God created them also.. He let Adam name them all...if they were in the garden of eden why not heaven? 🙏😺🙈🦍🦧🐕🐴🐆🐅🐗🦓🦌🦬🐮🐯🐿🐇🐄🐷🐓🐣🐻🐹🐻‍❄️🐫🦔🦙🦒🐏🐦‍⬛🪿

@@ByGraceThruFaith8453 Animals ARE living souls just like man. Genesis 1:21 says God created every creature (nephesh). Genesis 2:7 says Adam became a living soul (nephesh). Nephesh is the Hebrew word for a life or soul. Ecclesiastes 3:19-21 says man and animals are the same and we all go to the same place.

They have souls alright! And all that has breath will praise the Lord (Psalm 150). Lying about pets does not help us have a blessed day.

Remember good people. The times we are living in are not going to improve. Talking about fluffy happy heaven isn't going to pave the way for you to be on the narrow path. Make important decisions about who and WHAT you are and what you are CALLED to do. Be relentless in your pursuit of the will of God. Be ready and willing to give up everything and walk away for Him and love not anyone more than Jesus. Condition your heart. Repent, ask for forgiveness and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Fierce times are ahead... The word of God will bring the only saving grace. Fear of the Lord is where you will find wisdom and blessings. Do not allow men to tell you about God. If you seek to know Jesus, call out to Him and He will show you who He is through His Holy Spirit. No man can bring these things to the heart of the believer. It is the heart that hears the Holy Spirit that becomes the chosen and the student of the Holy Spirit. This is the ONLY way. If you are saved, you are also called. Never forget that....

Not everyone will die, some will be changed at the time of the resurrection!! And not only that but some will be in not just an immortal or redeemed body but a GLORIFIED body like JESUS!! Praise God!!! Amen!!!!

I’m so excited every time I hear about what it’s going to be like in heaven. I have so many questions yet it’s just because I’m filled with so much joy of anticipation about all the things we will be doing and what our relationships will be like with our loved ones who go with us. My husband and I believe that Jesus is returning anytime from today 9/26/2022 until 10/5/2022 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 PRAISE THE LORD 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. And since this is what we believe and having a new granddaughter I wonder like how would she get around and eat etc. because she’s only 5 months old and like other babies like her. Also, I’ve had 4 miscarriages will I know my babies I lost? Will they know me? I cant seem to find the answers.

There is a 100 Huntley street show that is here. She is pro-life and she had 2 abortions she went to heaven and her children forgave her. There is a lot of people who had NDEs who saw their babies and they knew who each other, even though the babies were never were born.

@@ShoestringRacerSo sorry that I have not found those videos. I have been trying to find her it has been a bit since I saw them. This lady had been so upset over the abortions she had an open vision to heaven. It was like 30 years after her abortions. She was sitting on a bench and her two children ran up to her, they were young and jumped on her lap and kept kissing her and telling her that they loved her and forgave her. That they were happy and they loved her. The Angels have a nursery for the babies and they love them and look after them. You WILL see your babies in heaven. They are having a wonderful time there, no pain, or suffering, or tears. I want to speak peace to you. It is just temporary, they will be in your arms one day.

For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality._ (1 Corinthians 15: 52-53, ESV)

I’ve asked other believers & searched the scriptures on what heaven & the forms of those who die before the new heaven are like. I haven’t received an comforting answer as of yet.

Around 6:00 is one reason I believe in the intercession of the Saints. I used to be Baptist and I'm becoming Greek Orthodox. (Kirk - you need to attend Holy Week at least once in your life. You will weep over all that we've lost!) I prayed to the Lord about whether it's ok to ask the Saints to pray and I heard the scripture in my mind, "The prayers of a righteous man avail much." Your point here about us not being bored and having responsibilities is exactly why I think God assigned people to pray for and categories of responsibility to the Saints. I especially think our family that's gone on before us are praying for us! Also, if you don't know if someone was saved when they died, you can pray for them now, and God hears your prayer 20 years ago because he sees all of history in one big view. He sees your prayer 20 years in the future and applies those prayers to the moment of the person's death in that little time when they have the last chance to repent. He doesn't want any to perish and He's so merciful. Never despair, just pray because you love them! There is no purgatory because God is beyond time. It's our lack of understanding of time that caused that doctrine to develop. The Early Church did not believe in that and neither do the Orthodox Christians. Blessings!

We will be on Earth with Jesus for the 1000 year reign of Christ in the Millennium.

Heaven will be awesome and beautiful face to face with Jesus in my new glorified body WOW! There is nothing that can even come close to that absolutely nothing. Standing before my King Jesus. The love the unconditional love.

Heaven is inside of you not outside of you. When your thoughts are good thoughts all the time then your in heaven, when your thoughts are negative then your in hell. Our ego is the beast it’s our wall we put up unintentionally or unknowingly that blocks us from the spirit of God. When we get rid of our ego we are reborn and we can have eyes to see and ears to hear the truth from God. Then we can walk as Enoch and Christ did ❤

The kingdom of heaven is within you. There is no need to postpone God's creation.

Very fascinating. Having come to believe that God has redeemed and reconciled everyone, I see that in Revelation 22 where we see people inside the city and not yet believers outside the city, and gates that never shut, and the Spirit and Bride saying come, This is a great hope and picture of eternity. Following up on what you have written, Brad, Isaiah 65 , starting with verse 17, Isaiah says that following the new heavens and new earth there will be mortals on earth. I wonder why the church, almost entirely, ignores that information.

@@IsaacNussbaum good question. I don't have the answer, but my guess is, if this is not metaphorical language, it may be a time before the resurrection of our bodies and the transition from mortal to immortal.

@@IsaacNussbaum It will all be perfect. Many things we cannot understand but, as Paul said, he’d rather depart and be with Jesus yet the Lord had work for him so he was content to be on earth. Working at our church with children and families, yes, there is lots of work for us to do in telling others about Jesus and living life putting Him first so that all who will, come to faith in Him.
