Good morning Dennis, good little tour this video. Its awesome how texas makes access to the water at so many places, with tables and good parking. That KOA was nice, just lacking shade like you said. It was doing a booming business so good for them. Thank you for the suggestions Mike

Hey Thelma. Mike made some excellent suggestions. He's always finding interesting spots for me to check out. We are just getting the worst of that rain right now until about 10 PM so I'm gonna consider it quality nap time until the storm passes. I hope you're well today friend.

Good morning! So many cool little spots through there right on the water. Buncha Kevins all along that pier. KOA will be nicer when those trees grow some more. That was a good one Lisa. Extremely shady on the ride in but there were no trees either. 24 hours too late with that one.👍😀👍

The red dot Pier is a very good fishing spot for redfish. I think it is interesting that the Laguna Madre it is one of only six hypersaline lagoons in the world. Thank you for the video Dennis.👍👍😊

Good morning friend. Luciano is staying in the cupboard section of the church for about three days. He said he was not even going to the tables so he could rest his tummy. I was fine in my truck friend. We definitely got some rain but the sun is shining now. I hope you're well and enjoying the day.

Hi, Dennis. Thanks for checking out a few places that were new to you, and sharing the results. The Dimmitt Municipal Pier did look like a nice, out of the way place to go enjoy some peace & quiet and water views. But did you notice any rest rooms or porta-potties? For me (and maybe some others) that would be a necessity. Hope you're having a good day.

I did not see any porta potties at that place. The benefit of being a guy. I'm kind of surprised that as big as Packery channel area is they only had two porta potties. That must be fun on a crowded weekend.

Good morning David. The name of the pier is in the title of the video. You could Google that. Or you could watch the afternoon video that shows me leaving there and just reverse the ride. It's right by the old Naval station.
