Random Criminal Encounters - Lego City Undercover Mod

Working on another new feature. This one adds random criminal encounters to the overworld, whereby you will have a chance of finding a group of criminals in certain spots around the city.
This is currently in its early stages, and as such there is only one spot in which they can spawn, but I would like there to be at least one spot in most, if not all districts. I might also throw in a better punishment for death, possibly causing you to return to the police station whenever you die. This could make the extra health, and especially the invincibility red brick much more valuable.

Would really love if there were for the Wii U version, that's the easiest console to hack and mod that has LCU. PS4 and Switch are harder. And Xbox aint even hackable

Bro this took me back. This was the first game I got on my PlayStation 4 and this video made me feel super nostalgic. Makes me want to go play it

A god mod but the gangs have to be credible, not blackwell guards
