My Grandmother (who didn't have much herself), always told me the acts you do in the day affect all those around you, those acts that go unseen by others and for others are those that mean the most, a compassionate heart goes unseen and unknown.

Just last week, I was on my way home from an out of town trip and a car way up in front of me had a blow out and pulled off the interstate. I pulled off to see if I could help. The driver was an older woman who said she would call AAA. I explained to her that AAA would probably take about 2-3hours to come to her and she had about a 3 hour trip to her destination. I changed the tire and put the "doughnut " spare on for her. Told her she needed to go to the next city and get a new tire. I didn't want any payment, but she gave me a pair of Costa sunglasses.

I love seeing these videos. It gives me hope that humanity hasn’t completely deteriorated in spite of some of the awful things on social media!

You can really feel all the pent up pain and worry coming out in his raw wails of emotion. AND THEN then kids are all worried and ask what happened, and he just said "Angels, baby." I done got got.

Thank you sooooo much for taking the time to put this together and for sharing it !!!! I now there are so many good people in the world and it is awesome to watch. After watching your videos like this I cant wait to go out & perform a random act of kindness. I am a recovering addict and it has been said a grateful addict will never use. One of the things I like to do to maintain my gratitude is to perform a random act of kindness everyday. I've been doing this for 7 months now. I love seeing others do the same thing and nothing touches my heart more then to make another person feel loved & cared about. Thank you again & please don't stop sharing it's contagious, really !

It’s definitely ok to use your platform to spread a good message. The ppl in the comment screaming ulterior motive either need to be better or someone needs to be kind to them cuz they sound bitter. Recorded or not a good deed to help someone, was done to hlp them. If they use their platform to promote the gift and action of selfless giving, if that’s makes them selfish then reevaluate what you yourselves have done for anyone with less than you before you criticize ppl who will do it

I feel exactly the same. Even though it’s nice to watch and that kindness is still present in this world, i feel a little suspicious that some are made just either likes on social media or to present a false persona Doesn’t take away the good feeling in watching them

You do not need to record to show love. You do not need to seek recognition for good deeds. These are the definitions of a great person and their is MANY out there. All over the world! You simply have to open your eyes. Those that do record, while some may have good intentions, others seem to have ulterior motives and their actions are not genuine.

When you do it without videoing yourself, it's for your own benefit as well. You do it to change the world just a little, but also to make yourself feel good and proud that you did it. Most, if not all of these videos are for those who need to see the brightness in the world, especially with such a dark cloud looming over those who are struggling right now. Yes, recording this may also be for their own benefit, but, at least they are recording an act of kindness, showing the world that there are nice people out there. It really irks me when people complain that things like this "shouldn't be recorded". The fact that these are recorded benefits 100's of thousands of people a day, because they see that there is still hope and good nature in this world.

The good vibes that these videos generate, make it possible for more people to be able to help. Under any other circumstance they just couldn't do it. If people can do this as a job .... I'm all for it. Have you seen some of the junk channels that have 2 million subs that just kill braincells? People give, because they get satisfaction from it. Pretty nice tradeoff if you ask me. Happy people are contagious🙃😊

As someone who's 5'4 and a half, I have a tough time trying to reach things off a high self. 99% I'm left struggling and I have a tendency to pull a muscle or hurt my side or my back and 1% I get help from someone, no matter their height. If I'm able to, I will help someone who needs it. I have, a few weeks ago, helped an eldery lady get something off a high self that she couldn't quiet get it down and, if I remember correctly, I had like two strangers trying to help me and mom get a bag of chips off a high shelf that my mom was trying to use a extension stick that the workers left in the soda section for people to use. In a different store, my mom was having trouble paying for some groceries and the cashier let us having a canned food and a soda for free. I kinda wish more people were like this. [I'm already a kind hearted person. I try my best to be that to others]

I almost cryed

Today- november, 6th, 2021- I went to dunking donuts at maple ave in hartford ct. I was feeling so down today, remembering my brother who passed away, my father and mother who passed away, my daughter's baby who did not make it to be born, the heart stopped beating, and then today my son left to L.A, to work with Little Eazzyy. I do not know how long he will be there because he had a one way ticket and I never separate from my kids, especially during holidays. But I can sacrifice, because he is doing good, following a good path, and he is positive and he loves his work, so I respect that, but.... as a mom, yes it hurts to depart from your kids!. So i was very down, extremely sad, like a puncture in my soul and a heart broken into tiny pieces, and this beautiful human being had to fall from heaven today. We ordered, i get to window to pay, because we were at the drive thru and the girl says, oh you owe nothing to us, the person infront of you paid for your food. I bursted into tears, a nice gesture goes a long long way, she did not even know what I was going thru and yet she was that Angel who made me feel loved like I exist!!!!!! So my daughter, paid it forwards and paid for the other two cars behind us to keep that positive chain going!. We are all fighting demons and going thru deep emotional outbreaks...... Being kind is free..... May that lady be blessed, hope she gets it back 7x's. If she is reading this, you know who you are I did not get a chance to say thank you, and I want you to know I appreciate you and in your name we kept the chain going. You are an Angel!. Things do not mean a lot for who is doing them, but they heal, bring peace, give warmth to who receives them, this lady is a ANGEL.

Top you said it right. Money cant buy happiness but how its used sure can. Everyone take it from someone who has been homeless 2 times. Money can for sure buy happiness for those without money. ask anyone who has been homeless and how they felt find $5 on the ground. Your heart truely breaks when you hear your own mom cry even if you are some big biker or ex con. you hear your mom cry about how she going to feed you you cry with her.

The video with the dude who only has ~$5 for food is a lie, they've done a few videos like this. It's for clout/attention, the dude lives in his own apartment. Check other "acts of kindness" videos, you'll see a couple more, including one where the one recording (same guy) gives him $500 for new glasses/extras.
