This is undoubtedly my favourite series to follow on KZread, been following UTR since they started with JJ and Simon😅 They’ve come along way since then and I love it

I’ll be honest. Recently Marv has been too negative after good halves. Yeah pick the bad moments and address them but there’s no praise of the good, that’s where I take my hat off to tolu. Always stepping in at half time and bringing the team up but keeping it professional. Proper captain

Yeah I've been noticing that lately, yes point out the mistakes or areas of improvement but he's focusing too hard on that. There should be more praise after a 5-0 win not negativity

He's criticizing the bad things because that's what needs to be worked on, they don't need to work on the stuff he should be praising them for, he's leaving that to Tolu and he wants them to get better

Anyone just want to hear the coach not rip into the team at half time EVERY game, like I understand high standards, but realistically does he need to be soooo negative all the time?
