These aerators are the real deal. I had one a while back. It was 14’ wide and had the 42” drums I believe. I filled both rollers with water, and it became an absolute beast. I towed it with a JD 8970 with a Degalman blade on the front. Mainly used it to keep mesquite at bay. When it’s filled with water, you had to be cautious when traveling with it,...especially on rough ground.

This seems to be a great and very, very efficient process, using these aerators. Its apparent that only a single pass is needed in all but the densest brush. Seem to be heavy enough with long enough blades, that they would takedown and chop up some pretty thick saplings and or trees. Like 5he gent before stated, I also have no grm, or land. But I sure do want one of these! Ah, go ahead and make it two please!

What is the steepest slope one can safely run these over? And how much do your horsepower needs go up on steeper ground?

anyone know if a 120 HP front wheel assist tractor can pull one of these through blackbrush and wahia (typical south texas brush)?

Doesn’t pack, it slices and punchers allowing moisture to soak in.

Looks more like a compactor than an aerator.
