Looks good! Hey Rosie, I see a lot of cooks/chefs on KZread make tomato pie. Have you heard of it? I think it’s a “southern” specialty. It’s vegetarian unless you add bacon to it, like some do. It contains mayonnaise & cheese and looks fantastic.
