Eastern UP nd Bihar m ye tradition hai ki har Saturday ko dophar m gutha hua sattu ( with other different things) nd sahm ko litti chokha khate hai . Though we live in Delhi bt still we continue this tradition. Mama always make this on sat , mouth watering dish 😊

राजस्थान और एम पी में डाल, बाटी, चूरमा और गट्टे का साग बनाते और खाते हैं
One of my friend doesn't eat Baingan, ye wala Litti Chokha khane me use problem nahi hoga as usually chokhe me baingan ka istemaal bhi hota hai.
