How to Make Curds and Cheese
Tools Needed:
- Pan (purchased from General or Hardware Store for $66)
- Stove (pre-made farmhouse) or Compact Cooker (purchased from Hardware Store for $125)
-Milk Can (purchased from General or Hardware Store for $135) or Bucket (Small for Goat's Milk $5, Wood or Steel for Cow's Milk $8)
- Cheese Racks (pre-made farmhouse) of Preserving Bin (made with 18 metal, 16 planks)
- Milk of Choice (7L per curd/cheese for cows, 4L per curd/cheese for goats)
- Mold optional (White Cow Mold $125, Blue Cow Mold $230, White Goat Mold $165) Purchased from General Store
- Eggs (optional)
Step 1: Install Pan on Stove/Compact Cooker
Step 2: Add Milk to Pan
Step 3: Add Mold/Egg to Pan optional
Step 4: Press E to cook
Step 5: Press E to remove curd from Pan.
You now have curd that can be sold, or you can continue to make it into cheese.
Step 6: Place curd in Preserving Bin.
Curd and Cheese prices vary based on type of mold used and whether an egg was added.
