Ranch Broncs - 2018 WRCA World Championship Ranch Rodeo

In March of 1995, a group of people from across the western United States created the Working Ranch Cowboys Association. WRCA produces the World Championship Ranch Rodeo as a means to showcase the skills of the working ranch cowboy and to raise funds for the WRCA Foundation (WRCF). #WRCA #BroncRiding #Rodeo

On the second one someone clearly shocked that horse. My question is why? Why do you shock horses when they already buck? You are all sick people

To get both horse and rider out of the chute as quickly as possible so no injuries happen to either one with all that steel around. Some horses get frightened when the door opens and that can cause trouble. And th shock isn't nearly as painful as you might think. Take a look at how a human reacts - kzread.info/dash/bejne/lWqdq5qSn6SbYdY.html

The riders are all working ranchhands who volunteer to help raise money for the Working Ranch Cowboy Foundation, not professional rodeo riders. However, the horses are all professional rodeo stock. He may have some experience starting young horses but these horses have way more bucking experience than the riders do. Ranch bronc riding is also scored differently than pro saddle bronc riding for that reason. Hanging on for dear life and limb is allowed.

@@yankeesfan2006 Yes, for ranch bronc riding. And one hand on the saddle horn is allowed but not the rear of the saddle.

I cant believe she is shocking them. Its clear to see, I have no problems with rodeo, but this chicken shit type of crap is what fuels the animal welfare groups, and Im sad to say that I would have to agree with them. And you call yourselves cowboys and horsemen, shame on you all.
