You can see in almost every interview there is a very weird awkward chemistry between ranbir and katrina. Yes exactly, you nailed it. Ranbir was trying very hard to normalize things & joking around & kept looking at her & gauging her reaction. But the hurt in Katrina was so raw & so real that she couldn't look at him or hide her emotions & even speak at some points, where it looked like she was literally trying not to cry. I felt really bad for her watching this, but glad to see that she finally found her peace & happiness with Vicky.

She got teary eyed She was crying... continuously gulping and blinking trying so hard not to break down in tears And maybe Ranbir was also got emotional as he put his head down for so long This shows how painful was their break up for bothof these And they really got hurt deeply And it states the fact they were deeply in love thats why so many things still affect them even though this interview was after 1 and half year of their break up The whole interview of 50 mins was long as compared to their other short interviews That's why they can't help themselves to not get emotional and there were many moments when Katrina was trying to hold her tears or sometimes it seemed Ranbir when he was drinking and looking up and also getting sarcastic about answers

This interview probably was taken after their break up or during a tough time in the relationship. This is sad they had to do this interview during a difficult time. They are both good people in other interviews but this is tough and they managed it badly due to prexisting emotional issue.

The tension here is so obvious because of the body language & expressions

Parents?! Her father isn't around (never was) & her mother is a foreigner, they don't believe in arranged marriages.
