The ideas such as Postmodernism, Postcolonialism (in the form of subaltern studies etc) have resulted in subverting the sustained and gradual advancement of Marxism all over the contemporary world. In effect, it can be safely said that it is a design implanted in academia by the Capitalist Camp and its impact still continues to dominate the consciousness of the educated section of the human society in the form of dog-lovers, vegetarianism, environmentalism, feminism, civil liberty, issue based NGOs etc etc...
