Reise, Reise is the fourth studio album by the German industrial metal band Rammstein, released on September 27, 2004 on the Universal label. It was recorded in 2003-2004 in various recording studios in Italy, France and Sweden with the participation of producer Jacob Hellner. The favorable resolution of the crisis that came to Rammstein during the recording of the previous album, Mutter, influenced the atmosphere of the recording of Reise, Reise, making it less tense. Having recorded 17 songs in a relaxed atmosphere, Rammstein selected only 11 for the album, the remaining 6 were included in the next album, Rosenrot.
The album was positively received by critics and hit the top ten charts of a number of countries, such as Germany, France, Belgium, and also took 61st place in the Billboard 200. Reise, Reise received "gold" status in Denmark, Germany and Finland.
