Ramee was definitely on his game here. Overall though this shows the underlying issue with the whole PD. Ramee flat out tells them there has been a ruling on how this should work by the highest Judge in the land and they still think they get to decide if they want to follow that ruling or not. It should have been “ Judge Crane has ruled things will be done X way” and the police follow that and if they have an issue with it argue it with Judge Crane later. Not debate for 20 minutes if they want to listen to the ruling of a Judge or see if they can find enough loopholes to ignore it.

How could Eugene Kidnap Tony, do suspicious financial activity, and evade the police?

Trust system^ generally there is no reason to take a lawyers phone.. they do think however some lawyers may call,text and warn ppl mid investigation so yeah.. they specifically take ramee's for any and all crimes, big or small.. other lawyers lose they phone only if it's big for fear of leaks
