This song is about a woman having been married (gaunaa) during the month of Phaagun (फागुन) and now dreams about her betrothed everyday (रोज/रोज़). The Caribbean Hindustani Organization has provided more context on the term "gaunaa".

Amrisha uw opa is een legende. Hij is 'bezit' van de totale Indo Caribbean gemeenschap. De hoogte die hij heeft bereikt is moeilijk te evenaren maar zijn legacy moet voortgezet worden. Dewindersing Sewnath, Sandeep Badloe en Shivam Rajaram zijn top tier artiesten die dat wel doen
