Remarks should not be selective. Is it according to constitution then it should be applicable to all companies do false advertising. Colgate, horlicks, women horlicks, junior Horlicks, all kind of products of various companies, masala, curry powder, cosmetics, even food items, cereals and vegetables with pesticides and the list goes on. There should be a firm policy of all products and also pricing increase without valid reasons.

The vocabulary used by judge should be mindful. It is completely unprofessional, vulgar and derogatory. Great powers are given to the judges, it doesn’t mean they can be abusive and vengeful. Think about the kind of example they are setting to the lawyers and other HC judges. It looks like SC judge’s are becoming more melodramatic and dictatorial then giving professional judgments. Put a fine if the law is broken without these dramatic statements.

The judge needs to be mindful of the fact that he is sitting in the Supreme Court, not in an uncivilized street. He has to be cautious about the diction that he uses. What is the difference between a goon and a judge? What message he is trying to send to the community?

What is wrong in making money if he is making. It is his fundamental right. Who said that brahmchari should not have money. To attain moksha even money is needed according to Vedas. Vairagi and brahmchari are two different types of spiritual seekers. Do you want to see him begging money ? It is not an ancient time that brahmcharis are respected in king's palace. It is difficult to get a bread without earning money. People nowadays says you can earn if you are not disabled . So, it is nothing wrong in earning money. It is better to do charity than living on charity and Both of them Balkrishna and Swami Ramdev himself are working 16- 18 hours a day and giving common people jobs which government's can't give.
