I used to live in New Addington, just up the road, a short time back. My first house for nearly 15 yrs. I helped manage the woods to its right, close to the allotments where the Meridian passes through. Since the tram was built, I can now honestly say that "I can remember when all this was fields!" 😂 Edit. I just remembered, that where you were my children used to call it "Shadey-lugey", something I've since called a part of my Welsh woods.
