Gautam Sachdeva speaks and writes on the subject of Advaita (non-duality). He writes with a specific focus on peace of mind in daily living. With the blessings of Ramesh, Gautam went on to write books based on his experience with the teaching. He also shares his experiential understanding of Advaita during talks with groups of like-minded people, with the specific focus of ‘peace of mind in daily living’.

@@2828jordan I do understand what Gautam ji is trying to explain here, but I am nowhere close to any perfection. My meditation is continuous from within, but I have started to sit down with a calm mind for sometime to meditate. Listening to Gautam gives me a better idea as to what I should actually be looking out for. Thanks for your comment because it gave me another opportunity to listen to this lovely video 🙏🏼
😃👏
Gautam you look like Sonu Nigam.
Would you please your view about j k
Would be grateful if books published by your organisation be translated into Hindi. It could benefit a lot of people, some of whom I personally know. Thanks
WHAT IS CONCIOUSNESS IN ITS CORE ESSENCE ?
I am sharing my experience about Bhagavan Shri Ramana Maharishi and his teachings in my KZread channel My Soulful World என்னை ஆட்கொண்ட மகான் ஶ்ரீ ரமண மகரிஷி பற்றி நான் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டது இந்த வலைத் தளம்

Good you posed as a question.. That's a nature of the mind, hence you neither participate nor ignore, just be an observer.. In this state you will fell wow (wonderful state)..
I set aside an hour in the morning, sometime in the afternoon about 15 minutes or so, and an hour before I go to sleep. So why do I not try to do it all the time? Overdoing anything could lead to mental problems one has to be careful. I was into J Krishnamurti for many years and I tried his choiceless awareness which was good but I developed mental health issues. I am sure if Bhagavan was here he would not push someone to do something that might challenge one's mental health. So my advice to people is to practice this awareness for several hours a day but not all the time.

this meditation is not the same meditation of your understanding
It's not that simple ( this eating dosa and focusing on Ramanas hint once is simple), in daily life..... thoughts are mixed with feelings, other distractions and it needs focus to act on something, all this occurs simultaneously. While doing daily activities, focusing on self becomes difficult.

After practice, it will be simple.

Many of the daily activities we do are habitual and do not require as much focus as one would assume. Examples are washing dishes or cooking, taking a shower or brushing your teeth, exercising or walking back and forth at your workplace. All of these 'automatic' activities are an opportunity to fix the mind on God 🙏
Thank you
