I cried deep tears while listening to this. I always had a nice living, I'm intelligent, I'm a nice musician, I'm a good guy, but I never had Love, and that's a problem... This is a perfect healing mantra. If you know of someone that is in need of help with a health issue. You can listen to this song with your left hand over your hear and your right hand extended out, closing your eyes and imagining sending them love and healing. Do this for 11 minutes...It's magical. We do this at our Yoga Studio during healing circles.

As my mom lay dying I chanted this to her. I knew that she was not going to receive a physical healing and at that point I was ready to release her. I think the words were more to heal our breaking hearts over having to be separated. It has been 4 years this month and I come again and chant and ask for healing for my grief. I miss her. So much.

This deeply affected me...with warm tears flowing almost immediately. Its a reminder of all the gentleness of our true nature, to forgive ourselves for our mistakes, to release the pain we hold with ourselves, and to embrace the light from which we all came. I felt like a child being cradled in the sound of her voice, held by a loving mother who's all-loving forgiveness and grace enveloped me and accepted me completely - with all my flaws and broken pieces and hurts. Can't stop listening.

I have been meditating for 3 years now and I have never had a meditation make me cry so hard. I felt so sad at first, thinking of just about every sad thing I have ever experienced, even thoughts that have been long forgotten. After a while of crying my eyes out, it felt as if the energy of each sad thought was embraced in a warm, white majestical light and transmuted to positive, loving energy. And I felt it for each thought. The energy was so strong I could physically feel sensations through my body. I felt a sense of peace after the mini emotional breakdown. Almost like the tears falling was the negative energy I felt around me leaving. Has this ever happened to anyone?

Angelic Desires Yes, I have experienced similar, to me, I say healings, from the sound. It's as if the sound is love, and the love is healing, and the sound originates from the heart of God. After my son died, I saw him in "heaven", and the sound in the chant gives me the same, incredible loving feeling that I had while viewing "heaven".

you are so right! I just found Mooji...i understand everything he talks about...i want to marry the guy...and i don't believe in marriage....lol... Tolle...i have followed for over a decade...power of now was transforming...taught me to stay present... and more...Louise has an awesome CD..."Love Your Body"...the title doesn't give it justice...an incredible gift of affirmations that she knew how all the organs and "parts and pieces" of the body and the psych-neuro connections...i think being raped at 5 gave her this gift...that's sad...anyway...the CD found me in a thrift store...i thought it would be good to help others with an eating disorder or body issues...it's much more than that...the affirmatioons build on each other like doing Qigong...amazing!!! Wayne is good..Never heard of Carol Howe...what is she known for?...if you don't mind me asking.

I have found her on KZread. The book is unique but kind a hard to grasp. Carol explain the LESSONS of ACIM. Garry Renard has books too and Marianne Williamson A return to love. Listening to this mantra made me cry..it is beautiful, I need a calm reassurance in my life. No one should have to go through a divorce that breaks your heart..I have no ill will toward my ex or his family..I am grateful for the time we had together.

recent experiences in my life made me a person pretty pragmatic and somewhat cinic...but somehow this music makes me feel better and day after day I am magnetically driven to it.

40 years ago a Mahatma instructed me to recite the mantra, So Hung, on the inhaling and exhalation of breath. I thought that he'd said So Humg and it was only recently that I found out what the correct sound was. In any event, thank you for posting. Truly beautiful and uplifting..and Hung, not Humg. I'm still learning. :} ૐ

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is Love.

This made me cry so much the first time I heard it, the tears wouldn't stop, this is so special and cleansing, thank you so much

I was meditating for about half an hour to about 40 mins and felt like i was rising up through my body and sinking at the same time, i felt a over whelming sense of peace and relaxation. beautiful

The poor need these chants more than those rich who are the only ones who can afford concerts and workshops. Guru Nanak made this technology available to all in the 15th century, taking spiritual techniques out of Brahim class and shared with the poor. You have only to chant to exoerience the consciousness. This is not political, it is precious., thank you Yogi Bhajan!
