I understand that feeling perfectly and it is just so hard to describe because you feel so many things at once- thankful, humbled, loved, cherished, special, joy. Alhamdulillah that we are so loved and taken care of.

Plums and salt! It’s that time again 🥰 we used to have a plum tree growing up and apricots too and dip them in salt! So good.

When we say that Allah(swt) timing is the best it really is subhan’Allah! I applied for a job I reaaaally wanted about 2 years ago and even got an interview but unfortunately I wasn’t hired. A few months ago I started to look for an internship (i’m graduating uni soon) and a few weeks ago, the same company contacted me again, asking if I would still be interested and if I would like to do my internship with them. Subhan’Allah I was so happy and looking back, 2 years ago I wouldn’t have been able to handle the responsibilities that come with the job and didn’t have enough experience in the field to fill the position 😌

That midnight recovery thing actually completely changed my skin (along with the morning one). I used to have the woooorst acne. It isn’t completely gone but the majority is gone, I just have to use it consistently. It makes a huge difference! Maybe it works best for different skin types. I just bought the Kiehls moisturizer yesterday, I hope I’m gonna like it!

I also always worry about never finding a soulmate, a lifelong partner and makes me quite anxious and I start to compare myself with others that did find love sometimes quite young but I try to stay away from comparison as much as possible cuz I know Allah has a bigger plan and He is the best of planners and wants the best for us but it still makes me depressed sometimes bcuz i fear not being worthy enough of finding true love which is something i truly desire. I try to stay hopeful and trust Allah with my journey but it does make me anxious from time to time. I think its normal to go thru anxiety from time to time but it shouldn't consume you. It removes a lot of pressure to just accept life as it is and put our full trust in Allah since He is in control and He knows best, that gives a sense of peace and comfort🙏knowing i am in good hands and He has my best interest at heart❤❤❤

Dang tha car chat was so relatable. Sometimes I'm like zam, Allah really got my back. So in the past year a couple objectively awful things happened but I would literally pray ."Wow this hurts but I know you're there." I am so thankful that I've gotten to this place in my dean. I can hurt but know I'll be okay and it really really makes bounce backs so much smoother. There is no replacement for proper time and healing ect but the beginning of it comes quicker. I really relate to being thankful about God choosing me for some awesome stuff. And I have been remembering to say somethjng like "you the one. (Allah)" and it finally feels natural (not just doing it cuz my mom said)
