ngl there is truth in what your dad has to say there is a limit to everything and its part of discipline. no one likes to hear the truth but truth hurts and discipline now will help in the longterm. our parents raised us so they of course know better so we should always hear them out first and think on the wisdom behind it. believe me as a babysitter raising kids who have already become used to getting what they want whenever they want only makes it worse for the parent and caregiver. i have dealt with so many kids who start crying just because they don't get what they want and because they are crying the parent gives them what they want to shut them up. thats not discipline. its better to let the kid cry get over it because at the end you are the parent and you know whats best for them. its all about tough love

Are you for real... can you not see its harmless family banter. They all taking it on the chin, its even being recorded... i bet there is no humour or anyone pulling each others leg in your home... Astagfirullah i bet you're all controlled and oppressed in the name of Allah.

@@fermaazmat6106 um are you not ashamed for saying this? If your actually knowledgable in Islam you would know even just joking with your parent is a great sin. In the video the father was even taken aback by his sons action. Instead of trying to correct people how about you study more about Islam.

@@fermaazmat6106 astagferullah go and get some Islamic knowledge first and thanks for giving me your good deeds in Islam your allowed to joke with your parent with utmost respect but this was beyond the limit, he did not just disrespect his father but was also physical ,he pushed him and pointed a knife at him this is why people can't correct muslim brothers and sisters who do wrong doings nowadays because of people like u defend the wrong person , in Islam it says correct your Muslim brothers and sisters if they are in the wrong and then leave it in Allah's (swt) hand if they don't listen . Proof of what I said All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, is His slave and Messenger. It is allowed to joke with one's parents or others without lying, especially if it is needed to attain a benefit such as making them happy. This is evidenced by the hadeeth which was narrated on the authority of Ibn ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, who related that the Prophet, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said, “Indeed I joke, but I speak nothing but the truth.” [At-Tabaraani] He, sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, also said, “The most beloved of deeds to Allah is to bring happiness to a fellow Muslim's heart.” [At-Tabaraani] It should be noted that joking with parents requires extra politeness and respect given their status. If the children go beyond the limits of politeness and decency, it becomes prohibited because it would be considered undutifulness towards the parents, which Allah forbids; Allah, The Exalted, says (what means): {...say not to them (so much as), “uff,” and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word.} [Quran 17:23] Ibn Katheer commented on the verse saying, “It means, ‘Do not let them hear anything offensive from you, and do not even say, ‘Uff!’ which is the mildest word of disrespect.’” Allah knows best.

@Gwopchaser Z nothing to cry about, but at the end of the day he been prick by broadcasting it all over media that his own sis, mrs & probably mum are on there periods. Disgusting. Sick in the head. Its all about respect & he needs to learn that for sure. In a few more years his own daughter will be in that place.. only idiots wont understand this.

To be fair we dont know what had happened before argument broke out. Grandparents also need to realise there are boundaries. End of day parents of child should have last say they can only advise.
