①Ramadan Bazaar : RM20 Challenge!!! (Did I succeed?) | Banyak Gila!【600円だけで買廻り!?】断食月だけのお楽しみ!ラマダンバザール

Shah Alam Ramadan Bazaar
Today is my 1st time visiting a Ramadan Bazaar. I've gotten so many comments asking me to go to one. I heard that Shah Alam Ramadan Bazaar is considered to be one of the biggest ones in KL, so that is why I came here.
I was really curious to see what I can really buy with RM20 but to my surprise, it was not enough! Malaysians have too much good food!! It was insane. I wish I could spend more but I know I can’t finish all by myself. So I will probably go again and get more food before Ramadan ends.
The video is kinda long so I’ve decided to split the food tasting into another video. Please stay tuned for it. I will be posting it really really really soon.
Once again, Thank you for watching my video! I hope you enjoyed it :)

The food review video will be up really soon! So glad I managed to visit a Ramadan Bazaar in Malaysia! It was truly a new experience for me. There was honestly too much good food there, I wasn’t sure if I even got the good stuff. If you have any suggestions for me, please feel free to leave it in the comments. I would love to try them out! Thank you!!

yeayyyy bazar ramadhan adventure. 😊😊😊😊 kathira is the name of the juice. ketagih means addicted so if in english kathira addicted juice.. 😊😊😊😊its mean in terms who drinks the kathirah juice from this stall will be addicted the taste 😉😉😉😉😉 (kismis) not kisney. kismis (malay words) is raisins date actually many foods u must try & some food will hard to get even in pasar malam (normal night market) and usually selling in ramadhan month in ramdhan bazaar. example kathira juice. is hard to find in night market. so u make good decission to buy and try the juice 🥰🥰🥰🥰 and some classic kuih, kuih means (snack / finger foods) a lot variety of kuih. sweet, sovoury. salty. spicy. and many more. some can be appetizer. some can be dessert and some can be snack. example : tepung pelita (malaysia traditional sweet kuih/ sweet snack) its like pudding wrap with pandan leaves, its square shape with two layer. up side is cream coconut and down side is pandan flavor putu bamboo / putu piring. (malaysia traditional kuih / snack) sweet snack and made from steam rice flour with gula melaka inside (coconut brown sugar) and top with grated coconut on top popia (malaysia spring roll) have two type. fried and non fried. must try both and asked the seller seperate the sauce cause the sauce taste sweet & little spicy. but maybe spicy for u ayam percik (malaysia grilled chicken) its not same taste like ayam bakar or ayam golek (rotating /spin whole chicken). cause ayam percik the marinate ingrediants is different. and serve with percik sauce tahu bergedil ( malaysian fried tafu/taufoo) taufu/taufoo have stuff inside like beef or chicken and deep fried and serve with chilli soy sauce. ( the sauce is spicy rate with japan tounge) so careful or put jus a bit when u want try eat with the sauce. onde onde / buah melaka (malaysia classic kuih / snack) green ball (pandan) have gula melaka inside and coat with coconut kuih keria ( classic malaysia kuih) its look like donut but not same as donut. made from sweet potato and coat with gula melaka (coconut sugar) cempedak goreng (deep fried fruit) cempedak looks like jackfruit but its not jack fruit. its very sweet fruit and slight cream taste fruit. when we fried the cempedak with flour. u can try eat the cempedak seeds. the seeds taste like nuts and creamy. (easily can get at bazaar ramadhan ttdi damansara.) actually its many more food u can explore it. your are lucky cause you in malaysia in ramadhan month. this bazaar only in ramadhan month (1month only) but seller ususally just selling around 25 or 27 days only. thats why we called bazaar ramadhan. and bazaar ramadhan will finish soon. u have around 3 to 5 days more from now to go and hunt few food in bazaar ramadhan. if u missed this bazaar ramadhan and want try this crazy of variety of food u must wait next year ramadhan. if you go pasar malam (normal night market) u didnt get this vibe/moments or this crazy variety of food. and some food will hard to get when finished bazaar ramadhan. some tips. we know many foreign scared about spicy. so if u want try the food but dont know its spicy level. u may asked the seller or customer in the stall or local cafe or local restaurant. please asked. they will helped you and we love chit chat too 😅😅😅😅😅 extra information. kuih in malaysia is snack or can called finger foods. some kuih is sweet. some savory and some spicy. so many of taste depends what you want. kuih = snack foods or fingers food kuih muih = variety or assorted of snack food or variety of finger foods u can asked about spicy level in local stall, cafe or restaurant or food court. just said KURANG PEDAS ( less spicy ) or TAK MAHU PEDAS (no spicy please) same about sweet level when buy drinks or juices. just said KURANG MANIS (less sweet please) if u want less sweet cause malaysia sweet standard not the same like others country or your country sweet tounge level😅😅😅😅😅 and if u see some food and u intrested to try but not sure or dont know about the food. please dont shy to asked the seller or others customers in the stall.. cause if u didnt asked. maybe u will missed something special or delicious food. 90% of malaysian local people will know to speak english. if u see some people or workers cant speak english at all. normally theire is foreign workers. hope u enjoy and stay safe in our beloved country malaysia 🥰🥰🥰🥰

if you are lucky, at this Bazar, you will find fellow Japanese. hahaha Plus, RM10.00 for Murtabak alone is quite expansive. Perhaps, the ingredient they used, is slightly different compare to others. Ramadan left less than 10 days. you should hurry and discover more what Bazar Ramadan offer.

RM20 really wont get you much at any bazaar especially when you get a whole load of variety that they sell there. You definitely need to stretch the ringgit! I bought just three packs of beriyani rice at Taman Tun bazaar (highly recommended) this afternoon and that already cost me RM44 :p The drinks you bought may have some colourings added in to make it enticing but its fine so long as you dont drink them regularly. Btw it is really sad to see the amount of plastics being used. Glad you finally got to experience the ramadan bazaar - banyak gila…it will drive anyone crazy! :)

Congrats!!! U have passed 15k subs now in this channel. About time u increase the number of video hehehe. Ramadan bazaar is special. Used to have rice which is coloured, i think mostly at other states is more popular called nasi kerabu. bt u can also get it at the kl pasar malam in masjid jamek. For me ramadan bazaar is about try n help each other. The stalls ppl sell to us for us to break our fast. We in return appreciate them by support them, i just wish we support each stall at least once or twice during this 30 days ramadan. Im also very happy to see that u somehow did not eat or drink during your time there coz this is sometimes a bit making ppl stare at u. Not that its wrong bt theres minority who are new to fasting or are kinda sensitive when saw ppl eat or drink hahaha. Fasting is about the discipline and some have extra test like see ppl eat or drink, even in social media now have video some are about food. Apam balik is the best!!!

I heard from other comments that Muslims don’t mind it but I think it’s still disrespectful to eat and drink when they are all fasting. expect less when it came to street vendors. Plus, in Malaysia, we have body such Ministry of Health, monitoring the street vendor operator. One street vendor in Putrajaya, forced to close down their shop, after a video about their shop cleanliness went viral and caught the authority attention.

for bazaar or night market or food fest like this dont worry. u must know. in malaysia we have food regulation to maintain quality control. 1st. all seller must have license to selling food even just selling in road side. 2. for food seller. seller and all staff must have thypoid injection. after get the injection. doctor will give card or book with name and full detailed with indentity card number will write / print on the card or book. so when our ministry of health do monitoring or checking on side. if seller or staff didnt have the injection. the seller or staff will get compound / summon. 3. regular monitaring by ministry of health and our PBT deparment (city council) some tips. dont buy food from stall or road side stall own by foreign like from indonesia. bangladesh or others country. cause they didnt follow all rules what our gov give. and they mentality not same as malaysian education about hygine and food handling. and this foreign stall normally open at foreign area. cause malaysia have foreign workers. and some of them selling food. so dont buy. malaysia is development country not third world country. in southeast asian. malaysia in ranking no.2 after singapore by total 11 country in southeast asian. we have the tallest twin tower in the world and open since 1999. and now we waiting for our 2nd world tallest tower and will become no.2 taller tower in the world after burj khalifa. estimate will open end of this year. malaysia have best road / highway top 20 in the world in 2019. and world class facilities and in 2016 our road rangking more high from german and sweeden. in 2019 malaysia score 95 point from 100 and become ranked 1st as the world best in health care with its world class healthcare service and sophisticated infrastructure so dont worry about our hygine and food handling
