Ram Navami, the day commemorating the advent of the eight avatar of Sri Mahavishnu as Lord Rama, is annually celebrated in Prasanthi Nilayam in Bhagawan's Divine presence. This video, which depicts the Ram Navami Celebrations in Brindavan, Bangalore in 2003, begins as Swami enters Sai Ramesh Hall and gives darshan to the assembled devotees. Once He is seated, two students from the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning give speeches on the significance of Lord Rama and the festival of Ram Navami. Swami then delivers his Divine Discourse in which He urges devotees to understand and practice the discipline, righteous conduct, and the good qualities of Lord Rama that are described in the Ramayana.
