Today, I am presenting with you a special recipe that tastes amazingly delicious. It is Rum Gosht. Don't worry! it will not make you high. When we Rum with meat, its alcohol evaporates and only the rum flavour left. So it is not the dish only for certain people who have alcohol. One can only know its flavor until unless one tries it. I would insist you to try it once and share your experience with me. Let's get started this amazing recipe.

Ingredients:
500 grams of goat meat, 60 ml of Rum, 300 grams of onion, 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup of mustard oil, 1/2 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1/2 tablespoon of Garam masala, 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, red chili powder as per taste, 1/2 tablespoon of Kashmiri chili powder, salt as per taste, 1 big-sized tomato, 4-5 whole red chilies, 1-1.5 inches of cinnamon stick, 1 black cardamom, 8-10 peppercorns, 2 green cardamoms, 4-5 cloves, 1/4th of a nutmeg, and a few chopped coriander leaves.

Rum galawat ka kaam karti hai ....Waise hamare pahad uttrakhand me charas bhi dalte hain kyuki aasani se mil jati hai ...Uska bhi alag swaad hota hai

Chef you are speaking very fine Hindi.
Great way. But five whistles in a 5ltr pressure cooker would save time and fuel. Don't add water at the end. Add one mashed potato at the final stage. Add rum or wine after cooling and keep in fridge overnight. Friends would love it as the liquor will show it's effect.
Bohot hi uttam, lajawaab recipe ha. Maine is recipe mei ek cheez aur notice ki ha ki samagri batatay huay aapne har saamagri ke beech mei pause liya, jo ki samjhane ka tareeqa bohot hi aasaan kar deta ha, isay kaayam rakhen. Aur ek request ha aapse : aap apni har recipe mei bohot se aur chefs ki tarah kehte hain ki namak swaad anusaar jo ki sahi baat ha, lekin agar aap isi baat ke saath ye bhi likh deyen ki aapne kitni quantity daali namak ki - 1 tsp ya 2 tsp etc.. toh sonay pe suhaga hoga. SPICE EATS channel par quantity bhi dekhne ko milti ha jissay banana aasaan ho jaata ha.
