About Sita Ramam :
In London, Afreen, a rebellious Pakistani student, sets fire to an Indian's car. Afreen is requested to return $1 million in a month but refuses. Afreen returns to Pakistan in a rage to collect the money from her grandfather. Afreen is tasked by the deceased grandfather with delivering a letter that Ram wrote to Sita.
