Right! However in the ancient times, the builders worked differently. So it is possible to balance the forces using the minimum amount of materials. This reduces cost. Ancient builders couldn’t determine the loads and forces accurately. So they used a lot of materials to create stable buildings. This was very expensive and took a long time. If we consider some of the great buildings of the ancient times, it took decades or generations to build them. Then, there’s also a big difference in the materials used. Ancient builders used weaker, but long lasting materials. Today we use stronger, but not very durable materials. Now, I can’t say what is the cause of water leakage at the newly built temple. That’s a matter for investigation.

Honestly speaking... The new hindu temple in UAE is much much beautiful and have detailed works than Ram mandir in Ayodhya. Many people donated even from the foreign countries too who knows what happened to our donations. Detail works, quality of Ram mandir is not so good.... It looks like low quality of work. 😢
