genuinely love and connect with all this. especially the baby analogy and your observation on the callousness we can show to those who aren’t awake yet. it can be heartbreaking when we want the best for others who lack the awareness to grow. you’re on the right path in life, seriously, keep it up!

Its about keeping your heart open to any experience, whether it be people not liking you, or the opposite … Makes no difference to the spiritual heart. You’re not trying to get something out of being open. Be open to not always being open all the time. Be open to not getting anything from being open. Why get anything? We are we always trying to get something? Why not share something we already have. Be open to rain as much as sun. There are no preferences. Being open is being okay with not being okay if that’s the case. We would never be okay if our spiritual heart was never open to be closed.

Hi Yamina…. Fellow traveler here… Don’t put any pressure on yourself… that is a “human” thing. We are only human while we are visiting Earth. Our Soul is eternal. Without judgement. We get “trained” to forget that. UNTRAIN yourself… it’s not easy.. probably the hardest thing to do in this life. To question “reality” is to be aware. You got this !!! My personal mantra… No attachments No expectations Be in the moment as it’s happening.

Yes!!! The hardest thing is to remind yourself everyday, but it’s so easy to get trapped in your mind There’s something Ram Dass says and that I love “you’re milking the drama!” Hahahaha Sending you lots of love 🧡🧡🧡

Discernment is a good thing. It's true that some people are more aware than others. I was less aware at some point. Awareness can grow, it's like a light. The intensity of light can change, some have dim light while others have bright. It's a wide spectrum. We have to accept people as they are and we can help each other to grow that light of consciousness. Would like to here more insights from you Yamina : )

Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to what I had to say, and write this comment. You're right, the world would be a better place if we all helped each others, but you know, it all starts from within hahaha. I have so many topics I want to talk about, I will hopefully post another video in a few days, have a nice day, and remember that you are loved

Robert Anton Wilson talks about the idea of "reality tunnels". Everyone has their own reality tunnel (ie their own way of perceiving themselves, their environment and the world) and the reality tunnel one has shapes the way in which the person imagines the world to be, feels about things and how that person act. When we try to adopt a new perspective, we are in some sense trying to acquire a better view of someone else's reality tunnel & thereby "expand" or "widen" our own tunnel to gain a new perspective in the world. Different identities we identify (or choose not to identify with) this can be viewed as different reality tunnels. There are right vs left/ religious vs secular / spiritual vs materialist/ extremist vs centrist/ feminist vs traditional patriarchy devote ...etc reality tunnels that are made up of different beliefs and emotional associations. Trying to be aware of how these reality tunnels affect how we (and others) act and react in the world is an important part in gaining awareness. For example, say I hear that man X say a bad word to woman Y at work. My "inner feminist"'s (or that aspect of my reality tunnel I obtained from exploring the reality tunnel of feminism) knee-jerk response would be view it as another form of possible misogyny at the workplace. My "inner MGTOW"'s knee jerk would be to question if that rude response from the man was warranted (according the the MGTOW group's shared beliefs & stories/precedents). My "inner capitalist/ employee" would tell me to ignore the whole thing and focus on continuing my work to maximize my productivity. The curious part of me on the other hand would wish to observe more. But then my "inner feminist" might react to my earlier hesitation by making me feel I'm being complicit in possible unfairness if I do not speak out. ...etc The more reality tunnels one is willing to entertain, the more perspectives and angles one can look at a certain scenario and the more expanded their own reality tunnels becomes. The ability to entertain different worldviews (especially worldviews you don't subscribe to) can help one became more open. And that only comes with practice and conscious effort (and reflecting on one's own thought process & micro-reactions to certain scenarios). This is also an ongoing process. It needs effort and vigilance and turning this way of viewing things into a habit. An exercise I liked from one of Robert's books was to subscribe to follow blogs and content with totally opposite worldview (e.g Science magazines on one extreme and UFO & spiritual magazines on the other extreme). Most importantly though, watch out for your mental health. You're not perfect. No one is. You're only human. Try not to feel bad about yourself if you are unable to be as open as you would like to be. Also, exposing yourself to content of people with diametrically opposite worldviews on emotionally loaded topics better be done in small doses. I spent too much time on right wing content (my opposite) when I started this exercise and I felt it became emotionally draining & mentally taxing. It made me feel the need to be "more combative/ defensive" about my beliefs. Your mental health is of MOST importance. And while it's helpful to be open to other worldviews try to do so in small doses over a long period of time. Otherwise, you risk feeling bad about yourself for not living up to your own unrealistic standards of openness and the whole thing can be draining psychologically & emotionally. This exercise is an antidote in small doses only, at high doses it can be poisonous to your mental health. Instead, do it at your own pace & take your time. All the best and good luck

Wow, thank you for sharing this with me. I love when people write about those things, like the guy you cited, because I need someone to lay down their ideas in a better way than I do. My ideas get so messy in my head, but when I read your comment, I just instantly agreed because this is the way I think, I just don’t know how to express it properly 😭 It’s definitely hard, especially when I vibe with people and then I discover about their political views for example, it’s hard to keep an open heart, but I’m doing my best. I want to see them as they are, and one thing I’m sure they’re not, is their political views, they just don’t know it yet, but I don’t have to wait for them to know that they’re not who they think they are, maybe if I give them space to be, without judgment, it will create something I know for myself that when I hang out with people who give me space, my ego feels less attacked, and I notice instantly when my behavior is wrong, because they never put the blame on me, it forces me to reflect, Idk if I explained myself correctly. The perfect example would be my mom, she’s from a different generation, there’s so many things she doesn’t understand about my life, but she just let me be, I know that she’ll love me unconditionally no matter what. My mom is my guru actually, her open heart forces me to reflect on my own behavior

Good to see such a reflective young person. Once you discover for yourself that you are not your thoughts, you merely get trapped by them, you can apply the same logic to others: they are not their thoughts, just not knowing their true nature and identifying with the thoughts. - P.S.: you say "if I had God-consciousness" - not only you have it, you ARE God-consciousness. It's just not revealed itself yet, it's still covered over by clouds but it is like the sun shining behind regardless.

Thank you for your beautiful message, it means the world to me. I think the hardest part is to remember. I put a reminder on my wall that I will try to include in my next video, so I don't forget to : be present, observe my thoughts, not be judgmental, not identify with my thoughts, and most importantly, be kind. Have a wonderful day!
