Thank you for this wonderful work. It was such an inspiration to my experiencing of these things around me. It is a miracle how here in Uganda, i can enjoy such beautiful teachings from a soul that already left the body flesh. Bless you all who make this possible. I wonder if there will be a way to find people in Uganda, East Africa who know these truths and begin to talk to them in real life.

Hi, Do you have any record of Ram Dass' meetings with Papaji and Nisargadatta? I love these teachers and recently discovered Ram Dass studied with both of them. Something which I didn't know even having watched and listened to a great deal of RD's talk over the years. Thanks.

What is said is mainstream and its like a placebo if if ever works. Also you don't let go like that in meditation. To let go, it seeks justice and truth. If things were unfair and done by others, then it seeks redemption by justice in spirit. This is must as truth is the parameter and if not we deny truth by sacrificing. We then agree with its OK if unfair things happen and so on and that means it's gonna be the same with anyone who is seriously hurting and lying. We don't forgive utter lies that affected many. Because, it's injustice so we seek justice in spirit. Let go only happens only when the verdict is passed literally and if it's literal there are signs. Some black magicians sense such events and pretend as if they are caught by karma but it the has to redo with double impact. It does not mean go physically against them but spiritually you cant agree that falsity and hurting to anyone. So truth will never be compromised. See how many fell for false and compromised truth by such let go methods. If it's a normal desire let go happens after we do everything manually then we realise there is nothing I can do more so I give out this duty to god. In many meditation or new age or old age cults, they let go like breathing out. What can happen there is project the pain out through breaths nothing else and again it will affect you. So it's a samsara... To prevent this you would need to spiritually align with truth. Siding falsity silently also a compromise to truth so in spiritual realm it is sought justice by karma. Be it individual or collective. You may let go a new thought quickly before it engulfs your senses as you nip it's buds. There is effortless let go. Many on yt talk on bookish let go or detachment is mostly false if keen to analyse with human psychology. Some hate logic and reasoning with spirituality but both left and right brains should engage means spiritual and mental senses. Frauds never like logic and questioning and they always deny their acts but quack on their ideological self. Their true self is guilty and blemished as they are far from honest transparent truthful and righteous life, that is the key to let go anything because you live truth and know whatever came against and attacked is falsity so they must be removed nor give any re entry to your life again. Don't compromise and don't be a naive again. It's a self sabotage then. Also truth and nature won't respect you. I am ashamed of false teachers both in duality and non duality. If an anger is genuine you cant let go off easily until you see justice by your own eyes. Again you are into spiritual ego spiritual narcissism and god delusion etc. Please avoid spiritual talkers of any kind and seek truth inside as the real guru is not ramana or Rupert or Krishna but kill Buddha and see none except the light and true self if you have that life otherwise repent mend ways and reconcile with truth. Do inner fix of own lies and deceptions, don't polish and paint thebody when inside is reeking and severely infected. The real guru is inside not books or anyone. Find it inside. Repent.

Can you please cut back on thsee introductions, they are somewhat inappropriate.
