Spettacolare senz'altro, veloce ancora di più ma rimpiango i rally della mia epoca. 17 prove lunghe 15 km le facevamo in una gara nazionale. Al Monte si facevano gli stessi km di ps in un giorno. Sarò nostalgico ma quanto mi mancano quelle gare.

io sono contento così invece. Sinceramente di vedere tre macchine all'arrivo la domenica con distacchi di ore mi faceva pietà. La battaglia non esisteva e non sempre vinceva il più meritevole. Forse questo Monte era un pò troppo corto ma penso lo abbiano fatto come "test" per capire se le nuove macchine a livello di affidabilità riuscivano a coprire certe distanze. Comunque apprezzo la tua idea, anche se le battaglie di questi ultimi anni all'ultima prova sono state spettacolari e hanno messo ancora più alla prova le abilità velocistiche dei piloti.

@@chef5590 certamente sono punti di vista e anche il tuo ha le sue ragioni. È vero che quando le gare erano più lunghe c'era meno brivido però da pilota non c'era paragone. Ho corso 3 volte il Monte e ho fatto prove da 45 km come Burzet o Le Moulinon, al Turini di notte facevi mezzo km abbagliato dai flash, si facevano trasferimenti di centinaia di km (a me piacevano pure quelli perché mi interessava guidare la macchina e starci sopra più possibile). Facevamo le assistenze per strada in ogni settore e quando ti fermavi in un paese anche solo per prendere un caffè ti assicuro che era difficile riuscire a pagare perché gli appassionati ti offrivano tutto e guardavano noi sconosciuti e scarsi piloti della domenica con un 205 rallye scassato come degli eroi. Quando ho continuato a vedere le gare da spettatore in una giornata vedevo 5 o 6 prove; vedevi i meccanici e i piloti ufficiali per strada e li potevi avvicinare e ci potevi parlare. Ora con i parchi assistenza sembra di essere in f1. Onestamente da questo punto di vista era mille volte meglio allora. Oggi c'è la tv, internet, vedi tutto e subito però è tutto freddo e impersonale. E te ne accorgi dalla quantità di pubblico lungo le ps. Alla fine ogni epoca ha le proprie caratteristiche. Sono io ad essere ormai vecchio e nostalgico.

@@renzochiesa8798 wow non sapevo avessi partecipato, deve essere stata un'esperienza incredibile. Sono d'accordo con tutto ciò che hai scritto, anche se devo fare un appunto sul rapporto tra spettatori e equipaggi. Eccetto il parco assistenza che quest'anno era ovviamente chiuso al pubblico per il Covid, la semplicità e umiltà dei piloti WRC è rimasta intatta e il rally rimane lo sport più vecchio stile di sempre. Fidati che quest'anno abbiamo beccato Neuville e Breen sistemarsia fine prova. Erano li a un centimetro da noi e simpaticamente mi hanno permesso di fare una foto insieme e ho chiuso la porta quando dovevano partire. Anche i flexi service sono stati spettacolari, potevi camminare tra le macchine e osservare da vicino gli equipaggi. Questa penso sia l'unica cosa che nel rally fortunatamente non cambierà mai e che non è mai cambiata.

Aggiungo solo che io sono parecchio negazionista sulla direzione ed evoluzione del motorsport negli ultimi dieci anni, soprattutto la F1, ma tra tutti i mondiali rally che ho visto l'atmosfera non è mai cambiata. Soprattutto al Monte i fan sono stupendi e tantissimi, come quest'anno non ne ho mai visti tanti in vita mia. Tutto questo era per dirti che non serve essere nostalgici per questo sport, almeno non ancora, perchè con questi piloti e macchine non c'è da annoiarsi. Ovviamente si sta evolvendo, il fatto che si possa vedere in streaming o in tv è solo un bene per la crescità della popolarità dello sport.

@@chef5590 Sono d'accordo con te su tutta la linea anche perché percepisco la tua passione. Rimango solo un po' lì quando si parla dell'aspetto che scrivi nelle ultime righe. La popolarità di uno sport è certamente importante per la sua salute ma credo che ci sia un limite da tenere presente e da non superare. Io sono da sempre appassionato anche di motociclismo; in esso ho visto accadere una cosa estremamente negativa. Alludo al fatto che la MotoGP, nella fattispecie, sia rimasta vittima del suo stesso successo. Capisco che possa sembrare un ossimoro però se penso al motociclismo di 25 anni fa e guardo quello di oggi, ti assicuro che, spettacolarità a parte, quello di oggi sia diventato un letamaio a causa proprio del fatto che la popolarità ha fatto in modo che una moltitudine di persone che di moto non ne sanno nulla e che non sono mai state appassionate ad esse, oggi hanno reso questo sport un'accozzaglia di tifosi di calcio che negli autodromi e nei luoghi in cui si vede questo sport, vengono messi in atto atteggiamenti che di sportivo non si erano mai visti; insulti, minacce, manichini impiccati e incendiati, sono retaggio della popolarità ad ogni costi che sdogana uno sport ad altri settori in cui si deve per forza (i media ne sono responsabili) dividere le masse di spettatori in fazioni come nel calcio. Di questo ti assicuro siamo in molti ad esserne convinti. I rally non sono così per fortuna, ma occhio a non farceli diventare perché poi il danno è notevole. Non esiste solo l'aspetto economico, per quanto importante sia, ma soprattutto quello umano. E i media del settore lasciamoli perdere. Ma capisco che ci addentriamo in un campo minato. Comunque fa piacere discutere con un appassionato vero. Non so quale epoche rallistiche tu abbia vissuto e ti auguro di andare avanti per molto tempo. Per me ormai è andata 😑

I Just insert the clips that for me are most spectacular, Ogier and Loeb's style is more clean. If you look their statistics, their style seems work very well for win, but less for this compilation 😉

7:05 is so hilarious, these RGTs are really bad on ice with RWD. But the Alpine is so quiet, really sad.

So these cars are pushing 530hp right? 380hp base engine + 150hp electric engine ? or is that only for launches at start line?

Cars have a maximum of 515 hp ( 380, 135) under brake you regenerate the electric engine and then when you accelerate you release all the boost that you have regenerate. The more/longer you brake the more hp you have on the next acceleration. And obviously on launch control you have all the boost (515hp) and so on Tarmac with semi-slick tyres a 3.3/3.5 0-100 km/h
