[PUMPING FISTS IN THE AIR] The car and driver I most hoped to win did in fact take the glory in this day!!! Full watch _with ads_ . You've worked so hard to benefit tangibly, in no universe would I deny it to you! Again, this is Exhibit A in why ESPN needs to make room in their programming schedule for diecast racing. Please, please continue your call-backs to previous races when applicable; it's a small yet incredibly significant aspect I see here most often, if not the singular example in the game!

@@K03sport yeah sometimes I will binge a smaller tournament from this channel to get the same effect like you describe! It fills in the days when few of my subs are uploading.

now we need a cross channel racing series with a set cast of racers plus the local track racers. it should culminate in a grand prix for all the marbles.

This was a wonderfull tournament. I feel we have all adopted the thunder run as the new ultimate track on the skyway ! A bit sad for Le Bleu, but also happy to see Solo winning this one, to me her mitsubishi casting was the best of the whole tournament. Love it ! Keep up the work, can't wait for the next collab !

@@theskyway For my two cents, I think there is no need of explanation. Unlike others, who have dioramas that set them in a particular geography, yours seems to be in a mysterious place that leaves a lot of fill-in to the imagination. It is a really cool aspect - plenty of story with not every detail colored in.

Incredible track, great production quality, next-level announcing (so glad there isn't a sidekick with a down-tuned voice)

Arya Solo put it all on the track on the 2nd lap. Also on that 2nd lap, Le Bleu and Speedman were working together to make sure Max didn't finish. On that last lap though, Le Bleu got his comeuppance from the 2nd lap setup.

WOW, brutal in those last two races; Speedman smashed off the track first--but then race four she somehow shuts it ALL DOWN and powers through, what a legend!

You have to consider, on a minute by minute basis, isn't this among the very best in the hobby? I am astounded at how, despite the brevity, these videos can feel like 15 minutes worth of action

First off, I feel bad this has been out for a week and I'll finally watching it. The good news is that I've had a week of anticipation! My pick. While Le Bleu I think holds the honor of being the most feared driver in the tournament and I might say because of his experience, could be considered the favorite, I'm still picking Solo. She's been my favorite since her first race at The Skyway and has really grown into being a champion, even if she does sport an Evo right now. I do think that Speedman's SP2 is the best looking car in these finals. I'm also really surprised that Force has made it this far considering the short wheel base of his car. It is really impressive. Bring on the finals! Race 1: Gosh, how is Force so good!!!! Also, I'm not sure what you've done with the loop, but it has been much more consistant lately. Race 2: THIS TRACK IS WILD!!! Seriously, there's not a safe stretch anywhere. Solo is such a strong driver and really shows how gusty she is by pulling off a win here. The action at the finish line was awesome and devastating for Force. So excited to see the next race. Race 3: SOLO STRIKES AGAIN!!!! She is so, so good here. Fantastic speed and then the best defensive move of the tournament. I've considered doing vertical wall for open track, but if I did we would lose great moments like this. Bring on race 4! Race 4: SOLO!!!!! (sorry for using all caps so much) You've done a fantastic job on your channel, this tournament and in particular this track. It is truly awesome racing. Keep up the great work and I can't wait for the Muscle Car Tournament. Race on friend!

I know its been a month, but I am going to take this opportunity to say thank you to you, Russ! This track is so exciting, and you made it all possible and so well tuned. I've really enjoyed the performance of the extreme 180. ITs such a dynamic part of the track, but also as you so keenly pointed out 'Its the safest place on the track' and thats saying something! Thanks so much for commentating. We will have to do a joint commentary on a race or two for the upcoming GT Rally. "I'm trackside with the owner and manager of Spoolheads Racing, and driving mentor to John Alexander, Russ Lasson." That'd be fun!

Amazing! Love the track & the whole production. If someone would be so kind, where can one purchase these tracks from? The single lane and the wider ones? We are limited to the basic Hotwheels .5 meter strips in South Africa. Keep up the amazing work!

I know the host of Aussie Diecast Racing League can't be serious about the odds given on drivers, but on his show I DO enjoy that he puts them up on-screen before the races. Who knows? I would never expect a wallet company to foist over doubloons for a channel!
