Raleigh Literary Society presents 'Literature Where Art Thou?' | Department of English | AMU

The play is a satire on the present day scenario of the education system. It calls for a change in the system, which is the need of the hour. The play was staged as an intellectual banter between the teachers of the English Department of a college and the authors of eminence in English literature, namely Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Keats and Raja Rao. The authors are depicted as statues which came to life from scene to scene to comment on the activities of the teachers.
The play was performed on the occasion of closing ceremony of Raleigh Literary Society, Department of English, Aligarh Muslim University.
