Actually, this is a piece of production music from EastWest's "Scoring Tools" sample CD. Aside from CJ Productions 2014 and Raksha Entertainment, it was also used in one of Teletoon’s bumpers, an ident for Tyne Tees, and many cartoons from the 90s and early 2000s.
