It's called Field of View (FOV). This value can be changed in 'PersistentSymbols.ini' file, which is located in 'Scripts' folder (SoftnyxGame\Rakion\Scripts). You can open PersistentSymbols.ini file with notepad, then search for this string to edit: 'persistent extern user FLOAT plr_fFOV=(FLOAT)60;' The default FOV value is 60, you can increase it for a "zoom-out" effect. The FOV in this video is set to 130.
