This video shows the various attacks for Blue and Yellow Diablo (level 99) vs different situations.

Both Blue and Yellow Diablo have the same attacks/special abilities as the Diablo boss in Chaos Dungeon (normal), except their energy is a lot lower. Also, only Blue can use the tail whip attack and only Yellow can use the fire breath attack.
Special poison attack for Yellow seems to have a slightly wider area of effect. Both Blue and Yellow can sometimes use this special attack against desert hound depending on the position and quantity of the hounds. It takes at least four poison attacks to kill the Destroyer boss in stage 61 (cake stage). Unlike Musketeer King poison attack, simply holding block will prevent all damage from Blue or Yellow Diablo's poison attack.
When fighting 1 vs 1 with Musketeer King without poison attack, Blue or Yellow Diablo will lose almost every time due to lower attack speed.
