- blue Diablo and yellow Diablo cells can be created in the refinery (100 creature materials each, obtainable only from the Diablo boss)
Notes:
- defeat Diablo boss within the time limit for S rank
- all potions are optional
- deathblow rings optional
- extra chaos time equipment optional
- high stats (health, armor, range, and cell destruction) recommended
- stage is not basic mode, but absolutely no cells are allowed
- stage requires three players to start (except on unlimited ticket events)
- stage can be repeated with event tickets to gain more gold/exp and S rank prize reward
- as with the easy chaos dungeon, maps are randomized and it may take more than one ticket to get the Diablo map
- equipping combo cells still gives bonus exp and gold
Some info. on Diablo boss:
- level 50 in Chaos Dungeon (normal)
- very slow attack speed
- very fast movement speed
- strong melee and ranged attacks
- deadly special attacks
- ranged attack is similar to red dragon's fire ball attack
- claw attack is similar to silver dragon's claw attack
- all attacks can be blocked
- knock back effect on tail whip and shoulder lunge attacks
- corruption (poison attack)* deals massive damage if not avoided
- power jump attack is similar to black smith's hammer special attack
- fire breath can deal massive damage if not avoided; can hit through block, but will not kill you
- roar causes chaos effect for a few seconds
* There is a slight difference between the poison and the power jump attacks. Although the power jump does not hurt as much, it is best to avoid both of these attacks altogether.
Power jump attack: Diablo powers up by bending his elbows and knees a few times before jumping. This attack can be blocked by holding block while facing away from him or simply jump away from Diablo just before he smashes the ground. This attack takes a bit of time to execute and is easier to avoid.
Poison attack: Diablo powers up by pulling his head and fists together and releasing the attack with a roar. Chaos mage can hold block to avoid any damage. Invincible moves, if timed properly, are also effective at avoiding damage. This attack is executed within seconds and those using deathblow rings may need to time invincible moves to avoid spamming potions or death.
