Kishoreda judgement was impeccable. Yaane ke uss chote bacche ko dekh kar kehna ke tum gaaogi. This man was God. Kathin se Kathin gaana bhi itni aasani gaana without any flaws. He has left us a treasure to cherish. Jai Kishoreda ❤️

Rd burmans comments that asha and even lata feared being overshadowed by kishore confirms that he was the greatest singer of bollywood and perhaps of rhe world. He should be given Bharat ratna posthumously.

Kishore's version is better and he sang songs his way and not mimicking Lata. Kishore is Kishore. He was not a trained singer and yet he sang and received awards during a time when trained singers such as Rafi, Manna Dey, Lata, Asha and Mukesh existed. RDB is correct in his assessment of this great singer.

Asha was RDs wife and lata his sisterinlaw while kishore was unrelated.Take two versions of same song sung by kishore on one side and lata or asha on the other in numerous films. Every song sung by kishore was always much popular.There is no question of exaggeration.

Kishore Kumar is the greatest, and there should be no doubt about it.

Kishor da was a natural & spontaneous singer,actor,film maker,& what not ?He could sing any kind of song suiting to the voice of any kind of actors.This kind of God gifted artist is born once in a blue moon.

the music industry in bollywood should have shut down when kishoreda passed away...i mean was there even a point, perfection had been achieved; anything after has just been failed attempts to replicate that perfection

It was said somewhere that Amit Kumar was travelling at the time when the songs were to be recorded and hence Panchamda had to approach Kumar Sanu. History repeats itself. When Rafi Saab was to record the songs of Aradhana, he was travelling and SDB/RDB approached Kishoreds.
