As stated in the title Selina finishes the framework on the roof in this video. She actually starts the rest of the work the same day, but that's another video
After I formatted this video, we saw the roofer. The crew will be here July 8th for probably only a couple of days b/c it's pretty straight-forward,

Im with her on this one, just because someone says that it should be done a certain way. Doesn’t mean that it’s wrong. There’s a lot of new ways of doing things that may seem like a good idea but at the end it’s not. That’s like the whole idea of putting a post on top of cement versus putting in the post together with cement. It’s a matter of preference.
Just because you are supposed to do it that way doesn't mean it is the only way to do it. And l bet it lasts longer. I would know the hole was there, forget and fall into it. Every damn time. LOL!
So could you also use the bracing to form a decorative pattern to form a railing?
