Geoff Lawton had a great video on using goats to pasture in brush and wooded areas to make smaller trees and limbs ready to be cut for rocket stove fuel, so as long as you have an area that you want either controlled or browsed, goats can be alike brush hogs that give you milk and meat^^.

This was very helpful.....the one that made me pause for concern was about the breeding in order to get milk. I use goat milk soaked cracked corn to finish off my meat chickens but it is getting harder to find at a good price for the amount that I need; that is why I am thinking of getting two goats.

Goats are fantastic if you are over run with brush and invasive weeds. Like everything education with a good dose common sense.

Great video! I jad read that Japanese knowledge helps milk production, we have it unfortunately and even into property next to us. Any info or tips on that plant by chance?

I have a Nigerian dwarf doe. she is wet under her tail. she hasbeen wormed goatinerals baking soda free choice. her stool been sent to vet. negative. a handful of grain mixed grass hay. why is her stool so runny? fresh water also.

Hi. Why not try chamomile to give to your goat. Chamomile normally settles a problem stomach...
