So it is legal for a person to raise Elk in Missouri? That was my main question.

Yeah...I've known of a couple farms north of KC. I'd been told by someone that there is an expensive special permit needed to have a deer or elk farm. Something to do with them being wild animals. I was wanting to verify if that was true.
