Love that you mention at first that health is highest priority. Many people try to show off with their Rottweilers weight. The heavier the dog, the shorter the livespan. In Germany, every Rottweiler has to pass a running test to be bred by working line standards. I don't remember what the kilometre number was, but they have to run a fair bit - this is so that no individuals are bred that have a tendency to overheat or have bad stamina as many other breeds with short noses.

My dad always included flip pole and Aframe training along with treadmill training and full body padding. At age 8 weeks bought then contd toilet training. 3 months training starts. This training continues to age 9 months. 2nd assesment 9-12-15 months. Usually ends 12 months but Continued Advanced training 3 months more. This is All training needed for Total Defence / Attack Dog. Yes my dad loved all that when he had 11 diff dobermans 2 german sheperds 3 pit dogs. 5 English bull terriers a chinese shar pei a bulldog 2 boxers. Then no dogs 12 years and wohhh has prices of all dogs increased. Doberman last time bought was £700 ive heard are over £1500 now

I own Pawfect K9 Services in the US and my next competition dog is going to be a rottie. I have a couple kennels I am looking into but I was wondering if you had any kennels that you would recommend? I’m looking for something with high drive(prey and defense), can take pressure, healthy, and stable. I’m looking for a candidate to do PSA with. If that doesn’t work out they need to at least be able to do family protection. Do you have any kennel recommendations?
