I know this sounds strange but I was literally having a panic attack and I was trying to get my mind off of it so I looked for a painting tutorial. I found this masterpiece and I watched the entire thing and it calmed me down so much so that I could finally relax. Thank you for making this beautiful video and painting.

Another awesome thing that helps with anxiety is reciting memorized scriptures. God is good and He wants to take that burden from you! 💕

You only need the main colors to make them all.

​@@JJ79_ Exactly! Only the primary colors plus black and white to make tints and shades. Like many beginners, l bought tubes upon tubes of colors, spent a lot of money. I feel really stupid now that l know better...
