Í just wish I could sleep like when I was young..my mind just won't shut off..I avg. Only 2 hrs. Of sleep a night...the rain, and thunder help me relax, but how do I learn how to Sleep Again!!

Powerful Rain Sounds, The best rain Sounds to sleep, good night everyone.

Great rain, it’s basically perfect. Alas, it is not powerful enough tranquilly to overcome the sheer power of this traffic sound juggernaut at the new place where I lay my head, sitting by the junction of two never ending thoroughfares in this major metropolis. The sleep is desired and incredibly necessary during these times I am living, yet the allusion is winning.

An absolute nightmare. CONSTANT interruptions, endless commercials, and about 20 "are you still watching" pauses. You'll never get a wink of sleep. I feel terrible after a night of this.
