I am camping now for the first time. Day 2 of my camp. Love it. Bought the right gear for me, comfortable and so far the best sleep I have had since losing my mum recently that passed. I am solo female. My advice, just do it once you put your mind to it, but come prepared.

It is in the middle of Sweden, hade to walk a good distans to get away from the road a started at. Yes it was not that much birds for some reason...maybe I scared them away 🙂

Looks like fun. I love all the gadgets. The backpack is like Mary Poppins bag where she just keeps pulling out endless stuff. LOL

Something that will be made known soon I hope, I have a device delivers mains power wherever you are, a back-pack model can deliver 1kw an hour, if you have the right battery that can mean a very significant power value. If you don't want the weight of a battery a small bag of salt can deliver similar benefits. We have devices delivering 10kw an hour, but they are a bit heavier, no batteries at all. These devices use no fuel and regardless of time of day or weather. In addition we have devised a hot floor for living in the wilds, heated clothing you know of I am sure, but you can power/recharge any device and without having to be too careful have power on tap all day every day. The 1kw device can generate whilst you are moving. So strong lights are possible. Portable mains value power enables a lot of things, even cooking of electric in the wilds. Its coming, and hidden around here we have several generators working 24/7, have had for a few years. Keep safe, keep well.

Our abhor ancestor rule is that whenever you go to jungle never scream,never shout,no stone throwing and at night whenever you are going to eat sumthing throw a tiny piece of what you are eating in jungle.👍🏻 Specially don't cook meat at night in jungle if you do throw a tiny piece of it offerings is necessary... This is great! I wish I could just go out into the woods by myself and camp out in the rain. Perhaps one day I will overcome this fear and just do it. I dont know if it's because I'm a woman or I watch to many forensic files/cold cases.
