@@CozyTopia Update: I got my ADHD results back. I don’t have ADHD. Still waiting for my autism results.

If there was a 1 or 2 hour version of this exact sound I would be so happy. Otherwise this is great and really peaceful I use it every night to fall asleep, I just wish that it was like 1 or 2 hours longer!

Personally, it takes me about 20 mins to go to sleep, but other videos are like 3 hrs or longer, 30 mins is just perfect for me. Thanks again for this wonderful video that has helped me go to sleep for about 1 month now😀.
